Physical Products (Yoga Accessories, Books, Magazines)
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Refundable Items:
Digital products such as e-books or online courses.
Customized or personalized items.
- Process:
Email your refund request to support@mohanyogaschool.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Subscriptions (Magazines, Online Memberships)
- Refunds are not provided for subscription-based products once the payment is processed.
- Cancellation of future subscription renewals can be requested anytime.
Digital Products (E-Books, Courses, Downloads)
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the product.
Event Registrations (Workshops, Classes)
- Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event date.
- A processing fee may apply to cancellations.
General Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
The Yogaguru reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined condition.
